Sometimes on-set romances blossom into the real thing. That's clearly the case with Miley Cyrus and "Hunger Games"
star Liam Hemsworth
, who announced on Wednesday (June 6) that they are engaged.

"I'm so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam," Cyrus, 19, told People magazine. The couple have been dating for three years since meeting on the set of "The Last Song" in 2009. Australian actor Hemsworth, 22, Cyrus' co-star in that film, proposed to the pop country star on May 31 with a 3.5-carat diamond ring. Earlier this year the couple denied that they were planning a wedding
after Cyrus was spotted with what some thought was an engagement ring.

Cyrus began dating Hemsworth shortly after ending a nine-month relationship with model Justin Gaston. It was been an up-and-down ride ever since, with a break-up
in August 2010, a reconciliation and then another split later that year and a second reunion in April 2011.

In an interview with Details magazine earlier this year, Hemsworth said he tried to be professional on the set of "Last Song," but could not help falling in love with his co-star. "What happened happened, and we've been together ever since," he said. "She makes me really happy. When you start, you want to be professional, but when you're filming those scenes with someone and pretending to love them, you're not human if you don't feel something."

The couple will be busy in the lead up to their not-yet-scheduled nuptials, with Cyrus working on her fourth studio album and Hemsworth filming the movie "Empire State" in New Orleans. After that, he's off to co-star in the thriller "Paranoia" with Harrison Ford and Gary Oldman and then work will begin on the second "Hunger Games" installment.

Amber Rose And Wiz Khalifa's Wedding Plans 'Non-Existent'

'We love each other, we're going to be together forever. ... We will get it done when it gets done,' Rose says at MTV Movie Awards.

Amber Rose brightened up the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards, having what she called a "mint moment" in her lace mini-dress, but it was her favorite accessory that Rose couldn't stop talking about: fiancé Wiz Khalifa.

The Taylor Gang rapper brought a party to Sunday night's Movie Awards, performing a theatrical rendition of his hit single "Work Hard, Play Hard." Rose told MTV News she was thrilled with his performance, even if he was a little nervous to take the stage.

"He did a great job — he always does though. I'm so proud of him. I'm going to love him up," she shared. "He tells me he never gets nervous when he performs for his fans, but he doesn't know if all these people are fans, so my section, I was like, 'Everybody get your asses up for my man right now.' And there was some older ladies behind me, and they are standing up like, 'Fine, we will get up, whatever.' They were mad at me, but you have to stand up for my fiancé."

Rose, much like Wiz, is certainly keeping busy. In between shooting her first film, "School Dance" with Nick Cannon, she's also been trying to find some time to plan her upcoming wedding to the Pittsburgh rapper.

"The thing of it is that I'm busy, he's about to go on tour, and it's just non-existent right now," Rose said of her wedding plans. "But we love each other, we're going to be together forever. I'm not one of those fiancées that are like, 'Let's go, let's go.' No pressure, we will get it done when it gets done."

Rose did manage to get one wedding detail out of the way: She found her dress. She recently told MTV News that she picked out her "Cinderella" dress, which she described as a "big fancy country-ass wedding dress," but doesn't expect Wiz to schedule his tux fitting anytime soon.

"He'll wait till the day before," she said. "I would like him in a kilt — that would be fun."

Sheryl Crow's Brain Tumor: How Serious Is It?

Singer/songwriter was diagnosed with a meningioma, which is a non-cancerous tumor.

Despite the seemingly serious connotation behind the news of Sheryl Crow's brain-tumor diagnosis, the fact that it is non-cancerous, or benign, should set fans' worries at ease.

Crow's rep confirmed that the singer/songwriter's tumor, a meningioma, is not nearly as serious as it may sound.

"Half of us are walking around with [meningioma], but you don't really know unless you happen to have an MRI," the singer's rep told E! News. "[Crow] has no symptoms and everything is fine. It was a random mention during a [recent] interview. It was not meant to alarm anyone. She is doing great and is healthy and happy."

A meningioma is so named because it exists in the meninges, the layers surrounding the central nervous system. A meningioma is a tumor located in one of the fibrous layers that protect the brain and spinal cord. Many people have them without ever knowing it, as they are most frequently small and benign, causing no symptoms whatsoever.

According to Anders Cohen, chief of neurosurgery and spine surgery at the Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York, it is easy to live a normal life with this type of tumor.

"A lot of times, these things don't become symptomatic in your lifetime. We find them more now because we are looking for them," Cohen told USA Today. "Here in New York, there is an MRI machine on every corner. But if it's not causing symptoms, we leave it alone. Or you could do surveillance for six months, and repeat the MRI. A lot of meningiomas don't grow."

When asked about the various treatment methods for the tumors, the neurosurgeon said options are limited.

"The vast majority have surgery. There is no chemotherapy, no drug option. Radiation can be used if they are very deep, if they are near the brainstem, if just getting to them is risky."

Cohen also made sure to clarify the fact that although Crow survived breast cancer, the brain tumor is not at all related to her breast cancer or her treatment for it.

"Breast cancer doesn't make you more susceptible to meningiomas. Some meningiomas are estrogen sensitive. They are usually very, very slow growing," he said. "They may start out the size of a pinhead. When women hit menopause, they get these hormonal swings and the tumor may start growing."

So in a nutshell, although the tumors can be malignant, they are treatable. Crow's rep has not yet revealed the Grammy winner's plans for treatment, just that she's happy and healthy.

Jimmy Henchman Found Guilty Of Drug Trafficking

Once-powerful hip-hop music manager was found guilty on 13 charges related to drug trafficking.

James "Jimmy Henchman" Rosemond was once a big-time music mogul who managed the careers of Brandy and Game, but on Tuesday (June 5), he was found guilty on all charges that he ran a drug-trafficking ring, AllHipHop is reporting.

Rosemond's defense team has always maintained his innocence, but federal prosecutors won convictions on all 13 indictments, including cocaine distribution, conspiracy, money laundering, firearms possession and witness tampering.

As the CEO of Czar Entertainment, Rosemond oversaw the careers of high-profile musicians, actors and sports figures, but federal prosecutors charged that it was all a front for a bicoastal, $10 million-a-year drug organization that moved money and narcotics from New York to California. The feds said Jimmy's organization used "road cases" typically used to transport musical equipment to move drugs. Vacuum-sealed bags and mustard were also used to conceal the smell from drug-sniffing dogs.

"James Rosemond never touched a kilo of cocaine," defense lawyer Gerald Shargel said during the trial's opening statements. ''He is not that kingpin that the government says he was.''

Warrants were issued for Rosemond's arrest in May 2011, and he remained on the lam until he was arrested in New York City a month later after he led U.S. Marshals and DEA agents on a foot race across several Manhattan blocks . He immediately entered a not-guilty plea. The trial began May 15 and lasted a little less than a month. Rosemond now faces life in prison and will be sentenced at a later date.

Is 'Twilight' Really Over?

Don't toss your Team Edward and Team Jacob shirts to the back of your closet just yet, Twilighters. With the final installment of "The Twilight Saga" hitting theaters this fall, we're not convinced the franchise is really coming to an end.

On Sunday, Kristen Stewart took the 2012 MTV Movie Awards stage with "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" co-star Taylor Lautner to nab the Golden Popcorn for Movie of the Year for the fourth year in a row. During her acceptance speech, she assured fans she's not distancing herself from the vampire saga.

"I've been promoting 'Snow White,' and I get asked a lot of questions, especially about 'Twilight,' which I love. The most common one is like, 'God, you must be so happy to get away from it. You must be so happy to just distance yourself from that as far away as you possibly can.' I'm just like, 'Shut up! What are you talking about?' "

Earlier this year, the chief executive of Lionsgate Entertainment, Jon Feltheimer, said he believes the vampire saga will remain valuable after the November 16 release of "Breaking Dawn - Part 2." When asked if his company would helm any future "Twilight" projects, he said, "It's an amazing franchise that they have done a great job of maintaining with absolutely no deterioration. So the simple answer is 'Boy, I hope so.' "

The film company's co-chair, Rob Friedman, also commented on the franchise's future, telling The Hollywood Reporter Lionsgate will be onboard if author Stephenie Meyer moves forward with the saga. "If she wishes to do it," he said, "we'll be there to support her."

When MTV News caught up with Meyer on the set of her latest project, "The Host," we asked if Edward, Bella and Jacob will be brought to life again — in print or onscreen. Her answer gave hope to "Twilight" fans everywhere when she revealed she already has the characters' futures in mind.

"Things change so much from week to week, let alone year to year. I mean, there are other stories," she said. "I have a really hard time putting down characters, and so I know what would happen."

Sheryl Crow Diagnosed With Brain Tumor

Singer's rep confirms that the singer has a benign condition called a meningioma.

Grammy winner Sheryl Crow has been diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. The singer/songwriter revealed the startling news to an unsuspecting Las Vegas reporter during an otherwise lighthearted interview.

"I worried about my memory so much that I went and got an MRI. And I found out I have a brain tumor," Crow told Doug Elfman of Las Vegas Review-Journal on Friday at the Mandalay Bay hotel. "And I was, like, 'See? I knew there was something wrong.' I haven't really talked about it," she added. "In November, I found out I have a brain tumor. But it's benign, so I don't have to worry about it. But it gives me a fit."

How serious is Sheryl Crow's condition? A medical expert breaks it down.

Crow's rep confirmed to E! News on Tuesday (June 5) that the breast cancer survivor has a common form of brain tumor called a meningioma.

"Half of us are walking around with [meningioma] but you don't really know unless you happen to have an MRI," the singer's rep told E! News. "[Crow] has no symptoms and everything is fine. It was a random mention during the [Vegas] interview. It was not meant to alarm anyone. She is doing great and is healthy and happy."

There is no word on whether Crow's tumor will require surgery or further treatment, but she seemed in great spirits during the interview, even making reference to a recent memory-loss moment at a concert. Crow revealed to the Review-Journal that just last month she forgot part of her hit "Soak Up the Sun" while onstage in Florida. She told fans, "I'm 50, what can I say? My brain's gone to sh--."

'Perks Of Being A Wallflower': Meet The Cast

Posted: 05 Jun 2012 01:54 AM PDT

You'll be hearing a lot more about the film's young actors, including Logan Lerman, Emma Watson and Ezra Miller.
By Kara Warner

Given all the star power that assembled in one place on Sunday, there are still many stories to be told from the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. One of the storylines that continues to pique curiosity is the overwhelmingly well-received coming-out party for "Perks of Being a Wallflower," including its trailer debut and the first appearance of the cast.

We thought we'd keep things rolling along and offer up a little primer on the film's shining stars. Here's a list of actors to watch out for:

Logan Lerman
Why you recognize him: Lerman has been around for quite some time, by Hollywood standards. He started out as a child actor with a big-screen debut alongside Mel Gibson and Heath Ledger in 2000's "The Patriot," followed by a memorable role in "3:10 to Yuma," and he most recently starred in the fantasy epic "Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief."

Why you'll love him in "Perks": Logan carries the film as the main character and titular "Wallflower," and he does so with such sincere, willful and calculated acting aplomb that we'll be seeing him playing many more complex characters in the future.

Ezra Miller
Why you recognize him: Miller turned heads and quite frankly creeped a lot of people out with his stirring performance in last year's unsettling indie "We Need to Talk About Kevin." On the opposite end of the spectrum, he also has a recurring role on USA's hit "Royal Pains," on which he often steals scenes as the charming hemophiliac rich kid Tucker Bryant.

Why you'll love him in "Perks": Without giving away any spoilers, Miller's performance might very well receive the most attention when the film comes out. As free-spirited, fun-loving, bighearted Patrick, Miller's wonderfully layered portrayal makes you want to be Patrick's best friend forever.

Emma Watson
Why you recognize her: She played everyone's favorite smarty-pants wizard Hermione Granger in eight "Harry Potter" movies.

Why you'll love her in "Perks": Aside from the general excitement in seeing Watson expanding her horizons beyond "Potter," the likable, polished British actress plays the best kind of love interest: She is kind, lovely, fun, smart and, most important, she is flawed and realistic.

Johnny Simmons
Why you recognize him: He's had a series of supporting roles in films like "21 Jump Street," "Scott Pilgrim vs. the World," "Jennifer's Body" and "Hotel for Dogs."

Why you'll love him in "Perks": Well, you might not love him, but that's because he plays confused, conflicted quarterback Brad who is having a hard time dealing with his sexuality and militant, conservative father.

Mae Whitman
Why you recognize her: Because she is an all-around awesome scene-stealer and has been keeping busy since she was a child actor starring opposite Will Smith in "Independence Day" and George Clooney in "One Fine Day." Not to mention her underappreciated work in "Arrested Development" and "In Treatment" and voicing lead characters in "Avatar: The Last Airbender" and "Tinkerbell."

Why you'll love her in "Perks": Because she plays Mary Elizabeth, a character we all knew and love/hated in high school. Whitman's Mary Elizabeth is entertaining because she is loudmouthed, opinionated, obsessed with taking up causes and feminism, but then turns into a stereotypical emotional teenage girl when she lands her first boyfriend.

Nina Dobrev
Why you recognize her: She plays Elena and Katherine on CW's insanely popular nighttime soap, "The Vampire Diaries."

Why you'll love her in "Perks": Dobrev's role is a supporting (but very important) one, as Charlie's older sister Candace. Candace provides another perspective on what exactly makes Charlie so "different," and although she is also flawed and somewhat distant, she is there for Charlie when he needs her most.

'Magic Mike' Will Be Channing Tatum's Stripper 'Swan Song'

'I will never do or talk anything about stripping after this,' Tatum tells MTV News of the upcoming flick.
By Christina Garibaldi

We're pretty sure that there is one task topping most women's summer to-do list: see the scorching hot, yet blushworthy flick that is "Magic Mike." Channing Tatum leaves little to the imagination in his upcoming stripper movie, which features the actor taking it off and busting out some impressive dance moves.

If any of that interests you — we're sure it does — we highly suggest not letting this movie pass you by, since Tatum revealed to MTV News that this is the last time you will see or hear him talk about his stripper past.

"This will be my swan song, I will never do or talk anything about stripping after this ever, ever again," Channing told MTV News backstage during Movie Awards Sneak Peak Week, adding that a blank stare is "all anyone will ever get" if they ask him about stripping.

Until then, Tatum has no shame in talking about his former profession, calling it a "hilarious time in his life." Yet, when first approached to make the film by director Steven Soderbergh, Tatum did have his doubts.

"I did this for about eight months of my life, and I told Soderbergh about it, and he was just like, 'Look, we have to make this into a movie.' And I was like, 'why?' and then he's like, 'Because I've never seen it before,' " Tatum said.

The actor leads an A-list cast that includes Hollywood's hottest leading men, Matthew McConaughey and Joe Manganiello, who gave audiences a sneak peek at what they can expect from the film when they presented the Best On-Screen Transformation award to Elizabeth Banks at the MTV Movie Awards Sunday night.

"It was just crazy, the whole time we were going through it, we just started laughing," Tatum said of the movie, which hits theaters June 29. "What I think people don't realize we financed this ourselves, we wrote and produced it all ourselves, it's not a studio movie. I'm interested to see what people's reactions are, it's a fun movie, the first half and a serious movie the second."

So will Tatum be breaking out his go-to stripper move in the flick?

"There is always a go-to stripper move," he said. "But that's for the wifey."

Emeli Sande: The Other Adele Goes From Med School To Music

Scottish singer talks to MTV News about her debut album, Our Version of Events, and why she chose to stick with her middle name.
By Jocelyn Vena

Emeli Sandé started life with the name Adele. But just as she was coming up as a singer, another Adele picked up her first Brit Award in 2008 and went on to become a massive star. So Sandé decided to record under her middle name instead, and now she's poised to become the next big "Adele" thanks to her soulful debut, Our Version of Events.

Speaking to MTV News about the release — out Tuesday (June 5) — the Scottish singer explained that she recorded it "without following any rules and regulations," adding that the title reflects the universality of her album.

"Because they're my stories, they're my version of events of the past three years," she said of the title's meaning. "But I really hope people can hear their own stories within the songs and they can become our version of events."

Some of the highlights on the album include "Next To Me," her first Stateside single, which is all about the piano-driven melody and the power of Sandé's voice. "I feel like 'Next To Me' is a great introduction because it's a simple song that has a simple message for me," she explained. "I wanted to introduce something that lyrically I'm proud of and introduces me both as an artist and as a writer."

The video for her song "My Kind of Love" gives fans another piece of the Sandé puzzle. In the clip, a young woman battles cancer in a hospital. It's all inspired by the time the singer spent studying medicine before deciding to pursue music.

"For 'My Kind of Love,' it was stories that I had from being a med student and kind of being on the ward and seeing these stories unfold and the kind of love you see in hospitals," she explained. "[But] I always wanted to be a musician from when I was kid. It was always a massive dream of mine," she said of the transition from medicine to music. "School was also really really important to me and having an education was top of my priority [list]. So I really wanted to have a degree before I tried anything in the music industry."

Once she switched gears, Sandé began writing for artists like Cheryl Cole and Tinie Tempah. ("When the door opened for me and the opportunity came ... I went for it," she said.)

But back to that other Adele: Would Sandé ever consider collaborating with the chart-topping 21 singer? "That would be amazing! I still haven't met her but I'd really like to work with her," she said. "I'm a big fan of hers. It's just a big coincidence — I'm glad I chose my middle [name] though."

You can catch Sandé when she hits the road with Coldplay in June.

Inside Emma Stone's Trailblazing Movie Awards Night

Emma Stone made her way to the 2012 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night already a winner. She was on hand to accept the Golden Popcorn for MTV's first annual Trailblazer Award.

Our style correspondent Kat Graham caught up with "The Amazing Spider-Man" actress as she hit the red carpet with co-star and boyfriend Andrew Garfield. The couple bantered back and forth as to whether or not Garfield needed to talk fashion and makeup, until Stone asked, "What's your makeup choice?" To which Garfield replied, "I need to hear what you have to say." The actress looked stunning as she sported her signature red lipstick and a gorgeous black-and-tan Martin Grant outfit, telling us she doesn't decide on her cosmetic choices until she knows what she's wearing.

The playful duo were then prepped for their big moment onstage to present Shailene Woodley with an award for Breakthrough Performance for her role in "The Descendants." Stone joked that the nominees "broke in through a skylight shrieking like banshees with 'YOLO' tattooed on their foreheads."

The night was full of laughs for the star, but it all led up to her emotional acceptance speech as MTV's first Trailblazer. After a comedic intro from her Hollywood friends and co-stars like Steve Carell, Anna Faris and Mila Kunis, Stone took the stage with tears in her eyes to accept the award.

"Thank you. I'm a crier," she said. "So, I looked up the actual definition of trailblazer, and it means someone who blazes a trail to be followed by others. And that's an honor to hear you're being associated with a concept like that. But the only thing I can hope that an award like this inspires is originality, because the trailblazers I've looked up to and have been inspired by are people like Gilda Radner and Bill Murray and John Candy and Charlie Chaplin and the Beatles and J.D. Salinger. Lorne Michaels, who reminds me the importance of comedy, and Cameron Crowe, whose work consistently reminds me of why I want to be an actor."

After thanking her own heroes, she offered some inspiration to others, saying it's important to remain unique even when it feels like a burden. "Continue to harness your own originality," she remarked. "It's what makes you great."

In closing, she said, "I am deeply touched and grateful for this."

After exiting the stage following her moving speech, she received a big, long hug from Garfield, her support system who was by her side the whole night.

Drake Returns To His Second 'Home,' Memphis

They say home is where the heart is, and for Drake, his chest beats for two cities: his native Toronto and Memphis, Tennessee.

After his parents split, Drizzy would spend summers in Memphis visiting his dad. It was there Drake witnessed the rise of rappers like Yo Gotti and truly fell in love with rap. Tuesday night (June 5) will be a homecoming of sorts, when the Take Care MC brings his Club Paradise Tour to Memphis' FedEx Forum.

"That's my town, you know, that's like home," Drake told MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway while he was out in Houston last month. "Memphis is a place I hold dear to my heart, actually a place on this next project I just want to start talking more about and maybe even do some recording out there, just to reconnect with that." Drake has long rapped about his relationship with the city on a number of tracks.

Most recently, he paid homage on "Under Ground Kings," an album cut from Take Care. "Memphis, Tennessee, know, see I start to go deep back/ In Ridge Crest with my seat back, with Yo Gotti and E-Mack," Drake spits about his connection to the Southern city and its beloved rap scene.

It was a night of watching Gotti record that helped shape the OVO general's rap dreams. "I remember just sitting there watching, watching this guy record, how it was all done, I hadn't really been subjected to it before. That shaped a lot of my early days like, 'Oh, I wanna rap,' " he said. "Being around him in Memphis, Tennessee, was a big moment for me. I would definitely give him a lot of credit for just embracing me."

No word whether Yo Gotti will join Drake onstage Tuesday night at the FedEx Forum, but it's definitely going to be a family affair. Drizzy's cousin Royalty will open up for him and, of course, his father Dennis Graham will be in attendance. "He'll definitely be there, my whole family will be there," Drake said.

Charlize Theron certainly had a lot to celebrate Sunday night at the MTV Movie Awards. Not only did "Snow White and the Huntsman" top the weekend box office, but Theron also got to rough up Michael Fassbender behind the scenes and have some one-on-one time with the sexy stars of "Magic Mike."

Theron kicked off the night posing for the paparazzi on the red carpet in a stunning red-hot peplum Lanvin dress paired with a simple, yet elegant hairstyle. When MTV News style correspondent Kat Graham caught up with Theron, the actress said that when dressing for an awards show, comfort is key.

"I think you have to kind of not try to be trendy and just really do what feels comfortable because, there's nothing worse someone wearing something because someone told them to wear it and they feel uncomfortable in it," Theron said. "I feel really fortunate that I work with really talented people in the industry, so there's always amazing stuff, but at the end of the day, I have to be able to put it on and feel like me."

Once Theron completed her dazzling walk down the red carpet, she took a seat next to her "Prometheus" co-star Fassbender, who was a target for Russell Brand's opening monologue. But she didn't stay in her seat for long. Our all-access cameras caught Theron making her way backstage to chat up "Magic Mike" stars Channing Tatum, Matthew McConaughey and snap a picture with Joe Manganiello, who was dressed up in his firefighter stripper outfit.

Theron and Fassbender were then caught rehearsing the routine for their "Best Fight" presentation. Theron is seen pretending to elbow Fassbender in the back as he falls to the floor, and onstage we find out why. In front of the crowd, Fassbender insists that due to his manliness and Irish heritage he felt he could handle the duties of presenting the award himself. Theron was not too pleased about that, and knocked him to the floor before taking over the presenter duties to hand out the Golden Popcorn to "Hunger Games" stars Josh Hutcherson and Alexander Ludwig.

Imagine an "American Idol" summer tour without the season's winner. It's never happened before and, after some questions about whether recently-crowned champ Phillip Phillips
would be sufficiently recovered from kidney surgery to join the rest of this year's top 10, it doesn't look like it will happen this year, either.

Phillips, who battled painful kidney stones
all season and underwent eight surgeries during the race for the prize on "Idol," was reportedly slated to have reconstructive kidney surgery last week. That procedure was put off due to a fever and now, according to E! Online, the surgery may not be happening at all.

Citing an unnamed tour rep, the site reported that Phillips will be onstage on July 6 in Detroit when American Idols Live kicks off. Instead of flying to New York to do press following his win and then home to Georgia for surgery, Phillips instead did his interviews remotely. And while surgery is still apparently an option, sources told E! that "alternative treatment" has been effective and doctors have given Phillips, 21, the go-ahead to join the 45-day tour.

The source said Phillips is "being treated and doing well," but so far the singer and his family are keeping details of his treatment and any future medical plans private. A spokesperson for Fox had no comment on the reports and a rep for Phillips could not be reached at press time.

"He will still be attending all the tour dates and is really looking forward to the launch on July 6," the tour rep said.

Justin Bieber Anointed 'Lil Swaggy' By 2 Chainz

'It was creative and I got like 40,000 new followers on twitter messin' with that boy,' 2 Chainz tells MTV News of teaming up with Biebs.

There are a ton of perks that come with having rap friends. For starters, you could wind up with a cool nickname. After Justin Bieber partnered with 2 Chainz, Mac Miller and Asher Roth for his "Boyfriend" remix, the Biebs earned himself a new moniker.

"I call him Lil Swaggy," 2 Chainz told MTV News while backstage at Hot 97's annual Summer Jam concert on Sunday.

In fact, JB was so swagged out that the "Spend It" MC almost missed him when they met. "I saw him and when I saw him, I didn't even know it was him, I didn't even recognize him. He had grown up a lot from me seeing him on TV," Chainz said.

Right now, 2 Chainz is arguably the hottest rapper out, guesting on an army of rap and R&B tracks: He currently has singles with Kanye West, Young Jeezy and Nicki Minaj in rotation at radio. So when Bieber's team came calling, the Atlanta trap rapper figured it would be a great opportunity to showcase his versatility. "I did it, I was just tryna show people that I don't have to cuss and do things like that, so it was cool," Dos said.

2 Chainz teased the "Boyfriend" remix with MTV News during his Atlanta tour stop with Drake a few weeks back.

"I'm able to express myself in different ways, so I enjoy doin' different records like that and not just hip-hop records, so it's cool," he said at the time.

On the remix, Dos drops some flirty bars for the ladies, maintaining his usual wit and Southern charm. "Let's figure it out, I figured it out/ Shawty so thick she put a dent in my couch," he spits. Flexing his creative muscle wasn't the only perk that 2 Chainz enjoyed while working with Bieber, though. There is a certain recognition that comes with collaborations of this magnitude as well. "It was creative and I got like 40,000 new followers on Twitter messin' with that boy, a lot of Beliebers," he bragged.

Should 2 Chainz and Justin Bieber collaborate more often? Tell us in the comments!

Kristen Stewart, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone and producer Wyck Godfrey open up about the final installment, in 'Twilight' Tuesday.

Even though the 2012 MTV Movie Awards went down Sunday, we're still celebrating the action-packed party and all the big winners, which, unsurprisingly, included "Twilight" and its stars.

Thanks to the award love for "Breaking Dawn - Part 1," MTV News was lucky to have several encounters with the associated stars, producers and fans, from which we gleaned a few excellent teasers to keep our interest in "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" decidedly piqued. As such, this week's "Twilight" Tuesday is dedicated to the best bits of teasery about the final film.

Leading lady Kristen Stewart said we should be looking forward to the film's change in tone and, of course, Bella's transition from human into nonhuman.

"It's so bizarre, the tone change. You've always been behind her. You've always been using her. She's how you see that world," Stewart said. "Now that her perspective has completely changed, it's like 'Where am I?' It's really cool. I, myself, am still a little bit shell-shocked. It's not like sitting down and watching a 'Twilight' movie."

Co-star Jackson Rathbone didn't have much to offer up in the form of specifics for his character Jasper Cullen, but he made up for it with his unabashed excitement for the film.

"Yes! Oh, man! I can't really talk about it, though. I'm not allowed to," Rathbone said. "If you just noticed, I went to a happy place and I think everybody's going to really love it. The littlest hints? It's awesome."

The best bit of intrigue came from Nikki Reed, who hinted at some pretty special vampire girl-on-big baddie fight sequences.

"Well, you never know what's going to end up in there," she said. "[But] there was a pretty kick-ass battle sequence that I did with two of the other girls that I think should be pretty cool, if they leave it in there. So I'm looking forward to that 'cause we trained for it for a while. [We did] a little fight training. It was me and Ashley [Greene] and Kristen, and we did this like three girls back-to-back thing where we beat up some huge dudes," she recalled. "That's always fun."

Last but certainly not least was a chance encounter with producer Wyck Godfrey who, unlike the cast, has seen the film several times already in post-production. Godfrey promised that we'll see our favorite characters meet their destinies, along with a hint about what to expect from the ending.

"For me, the last movie is all about closure and the characters finally coming fully into themselves about what their destinies are," Godfrey said. "Edward becoming, in a sense, the patriarch of the family; Bella becoming a mother and a vampire finally, which I think is truly the thing everyone wants to see. It is ultimately the closure of their lives. For those that have followed [the films] from beginning to end, there is a great final moment where you really get to re-live that entire the experience and I think that is something the fans can look forward to."

Jaw-dropping, heart-pounding, gut-busting moments galore. See what went down at the 21st annual MTV Movie Awards!

Kristen Stewart At MTV Movie Awards: Blast From The Past

'Twilight' actress' former co-stars Josh Hutcherson and Jodie Foster reunite with Stewart backstage at Sunday's awards show.

Kristen Stewart had quite a night at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. Aside from taking home two Golden Popcorn trophies, for Best Kiss and Movie of the Year, she met up with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" co-star Chris Hemsworth to discuss the box-office success of their edgy fairy tale adaptation, which is already in talks for a sequel. In addition to looking toward the future of her career, the Movie Awards also brought her a few friendly visits from her past.

Josh Hutcherson was on hand at the main event, nabbing Best Male Performance for his role as Peeta in "The Hunger Games." While he was hanging out backstage, he ran into his big sister Stewart. That's right, you read that correctly: big sister. You might remember a film called "Zathura: A Space Adventure," a family comedy following two boys who innocently begin a board game not knowing that what happens in the game becomes real life (an intergalactic "Jumanji" if you will).

Hutcherson played Stewart's baby brother, who managed to set the house on fire, call in a full-scale alien attack and freeze the actress into a human popsicle. As you can imagine, there was a lot of yelling directed at him from Stewart's character, but Hutcherson's not so little anymore. Standing taller than the actress as they were photographed together backstage, he could definitely pay her back with a little playful revenge for the sibling torment.

Stewart's other blast from the past came when her "Panic Room" co-star Jodie Foster made her Movie Awards debut to present the "Twilight" cast with the Golden Popcorn for Movie of the Year. In the film, Foster played Stewart's mother and the legendary actress told MTV News it's been "totally fun" watching Stewart grow up.

"I've been watching all these years. It's exciting," she said regarding the opportunity to present Stewart with an award. "When I met her, she was 9 or 10 years old. I just adore her. I spent 110 days in a very small room with that girl, and I'm just so proud to see what an amazing lady she's turned into. [She's] a great actress."

Foster described the "Twilight" phenomenon that brought Stewart success as an "amazing thing," saying there's "magic" in Stephenie Meyer's saga that gripped the attention of the world.

"There is something behind those books, a magic behind those books that people relate to, 'The Hunger Games' as well. My kids read those and gobbled them up. [The books] have started a whole new zeitgeist. It's sort of changed the world. People got into vampires from 'Twilight,' and I don't think the world will ever be the same."

Kid Cudi Reveals New Album Title, Indicud

'It will be my version of The Chronic 2001,' Cudi tweeted on Tuesday.

Kid Cudi took to Twitter early Tuesday morning (June 5) to announce the title of his third full-length studio album: indicud. This will be the first taste of Cudi's music since 2011's WZRD.

"My new album is entitled indicud, it will be my version of The Chronic 2001, some songs i'll produce, others i'll feat &/or play songwriter," he tweeted.

To say that Cudi's professional career has been an exercise in innovation, creativity and controversy would be a serious understatement. In 2011, Cudder announced that Dream On, the record label he launched with producers Patrick "Plain Pat" Reynolds and Emile Haynie, was dissolving. Cudi was moving on to a new vision with his music, and taking his production efforts elsewhere. He told Complex magazine that they are still on good terms.

To further the evolution of this Kid named Cudi, he recently decided to completely abstain from all forms of drug use. We can speculate that this, among other things, could be a major theme on indicud.

WZRD was a collaborative effort with producer Dot da Genius. There was a significant amount of controversy surrounding its release, because many fans felt that Cudi should have stayed at Dream On with Plain Pat and Emile. Kid Cudi had a new vision, and he announced that WZRD would have a "rock band" type sound. Obviously, this was a giant turnaround from the formula that made him so successful on releases like the Man on the Moon series and A Kid Named Cudi.

WZRD debuted at #3 on the Billboard chart, and the newly formed duo (also called WZRD) told MTV News that they felt satisfied they had proved the naysayers wrong. The success of this album only stood to reinforce Cudi's trailblazing musical style.

Whether or not indicud will be the next Chronic remains to be seen, but we can be sure this album will be rife with the creativity that we've come to expect from Cudder.

A definitive date has yet to be set for the release of indicud, but there's little doubt that fans will be chomping at the bit for a chance to hear Cudi's new sound. Stay tuned to MTV News for all the latest news surrounding the release of this album.

The-Dream Defends Gwyneth Paltrow Over 'N---as In Paris' Flap

'I typed 'N---as in Paris for real' from Gwen's phone, my bad,' singer/producer tweets.
By Gil Kaufman

Gwyneth Paltrow has a long-established reputation as a woman who has it all together. From her flawless beauty to her lean-and-mean diet, impeccable acting chops and limelight-avoiding marriage to Coldplay's Chris Martin, Paltrow has rarely been the type to make embarrassing public gaffes.

But when she attended the much-hyped show by the Throne in Paris over the weekend featuring her pal Jay-Z, a surprising tweet from backstage sent the Internet into overdrive with accusations that the actress had crossed a racial divide.

You see, because she's besties with Jay and Beyoncé, Paltrow has the kind of pull that allowed her to watch alongside B from the stage while Jay and Kanye West were performing hit single "N---as In Paris."

Singer/songwriter The-Dream apparently snapped and tweeted a picture of Gwyn grooving onstage, with a caption that read, "Ni**as in Paris for real @mrteriusnash (the dream) tyty, beehigh."

That comment, sent from Paltrow's account, set off a firestorm on Twitter, where fans and bloggers ripped the actress for seemingly using the n-word. The blog Bossip.com wondered if, "Gwyneth might be getting a little too comfortable around her black friends."

Paltrow hit Twitter on Sunday with a response that read, "Hold up, It's the title of the song!" That defense elicited responses ranging from, "People are such babies. It's a freaking song title," to one that read, "It's not the title of the song when you use it to refer to people you know in real life. Don't play dumb."

The-Dream, however, stepped in to defend his pal, explaining, "Fyi Sorry for the Confu I typed Ni**as in Paris for real from Gwens phone. My bad I was Fkd up please excuse it! We were lit!"

He then went on to post a series of peeved tweets in reaction to fans calling him out for his defense of Paltrow. "N---a doesn't have any power over me which is why this will be the last thing I say about it," he wrote. "A word means something when u react to it! ... Context is everything. Meaning it in the context as a Song which is how we Sold it to the world!!!!!! It is what it is ... And actually N---az was in Paris! LOL. Stop wasting God's time and do something with your life. Love not war."

Later, He once again took blame for posting the caption and promised his followers that, "Trust me. If I felt a mfkr was trying me on that tip that was that close to me I would've been arrested. Be nice." The arguments kept coming and finally this week, The-Dream summed up his feelings on the top by writing, "WE GIVE THE WORD TO MUCH POWER!"

'Perks Of Being A Wallflower' Trailer: Five Things We Still Want To See

Movie Awards exclusive clip left us lusting after these moments.

Despite the decided lack of pot brownies and milkshakes, the 2012 MTV Movie Awards was a coming-out party for the ages for "Perks of Being a Wallflower."

Castmembers Logan Lerman, Emma Watson and Ezra Miller were on hand for the first time as a cast to debut the trailer for their upcoming adaptation, based on Stephen Chbosky's 1999 novel (published by MTV Books).

"Perks" follows introverted high school freshman Charlie (Lerman), who slowly emerges from his insular world with the help of seniors Sam (Watson) and Patrick (Miller).

The first look is full of pivotal moments familiar to fans of the novel, including Charlie's first-ever party, the bloody cafeteria brawl and goose-bump-inducing tunnel scene. But, of course, there were also plenty of things we didn't get a glimpse at, so we've compiled our list of moments we're still lusting after. (Spoilers ahead if you haven't read the book!)

First Meeting
In one of the trailer's more lighthearted moments, we see Charlie attend a high school football game with enthusiastic Patrick. ("Be aggressive! Passive aggressive!") What we don't see, however, is when, moments later, Charlie's soon-to-be crush (and Patrick's stepsister) introduces herself to Charlie. It's simple (no cheesy meet-cute here!), but pivotal nonetheless.

The Gift
With the help of his English teacher (Paul Rudd), Charlie discovers a love of writing, and he thinks he might want to be a writer when he grows up. But what's a writer without something to write on? Hence, the heartfelt Christmas gift of a typewriter (it is the '90s, after all) from Sam, who isn't even his secret Santa!

The Other Girl
Despite being a wallflower, Charlie seems to attract his fair share of attention from the ladies. Though his unrequited love for Sam still burns bright, he accidentally falls into his first relationship with another girl — the eccentric Mary Elizabeth (Mae Whitman). The pair's dynamic is uneven at best, and their awkward encounters provide a bit of levity to the narrative.

The Kiss
It isn't their first (Sam gives Charlie his first smooch earlier in the story), but it is their most intense. As the two discuss the nature of love ("We accept the love we think we deserve," Charlie tells Sam), the pair finally disclose their true feelings for each other, which leads to a steamy, yet ultimately distressing moment in Sam's room, which Lerman didn't seem to mind. "It happened in front of a crew, and people were there, and we did it a few times. And that was it," Lerman told MTV News at the Movie Awards. "It's kind of odd when you're doing it for a movie. It's kind of weird. She's cool. It wasn't as awkward as it could have been. It's Emma Watson, so I'm a lucky guy."

Nina Dobrev
"Perks" boasts a stellar supporting cast, including Dylan McDermott and Kate Walsh, but we're eager to see more of "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev, who had a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment in the trailer. Dobrev plays Charlie's older sister Candace, who's hiding her own secret about her boyfriend, and we're itching to see what she does with the role.

Jaw-dropping, heart-pounding, gut-busting moments galore. See what went down at the 21st annual MTV Movie Awards!
